Optimising hydraulic machines
Maximum energy efficiency is becoming an increasingly important factor when it comes to optimising machines. That also applies to hydraulically driven axes, for example in injection molding and blow molding machines. In addition to the trend to design hydraulic machines completely or partially electrically, it is also advantageous to optimise the hydraulic units with energy-efficient, electrical servo-drive technologies for hydraulic systems.
The servo pump provides the perfect solution. It is highly dynamic, increases machine output, and saves substantial amounts of energy (up to 70 percent). Consequently, your investment will pay for itself in a very short time. It is also considerably quieter than a conventional hydraulic solution, and heat transfer is lower. Oil tanks can be reduced in size and less space is needed for the cooling system. The smaller construction size of the motor and pump also saves space. A wide range of motors and converters allows servo pumps to be designed in an almost unlimited number of variants.
