Long term support of our customers systems are considered and managed by our Service and Maintenance teams. Using innovative service delivery methods, such as electronic ‘ticksheets’ and reporting systems, we are able to give you high quality documentation and information on the condition and performance of your Siemens or Non-Siemens systems. To facilitate this, Siemens offers 24/7 support with engineers on hand to respond quickly to system faults, ensuring your equipment remains operational and your personnel and assets protected at all times.
