Typical for applications are: considerable amount of operating hours under part-load conditions; fast control action is essential (short positioning time); 0-10 V control signal; fail-safe function; 2-port or 3-port valves; flanged or threaded valves; PN 16 pressure class.

The proposed combinations vary in: control accuracy (valve characteristic, positioning time); amount of flow volume, robustness.
